Michael Ducker
Michael L. Ducker joined the Alticor board of directors in 2012. Ducker is former President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FedEx Freight. Ducker, who has been with FedEx for more than 40 years, provides strategic direction for the Corporation’s less-than-truckload (LTL) companies throughout North America and for FedEx Custom Critical, a leading expedited freight carrier.
He previously served FedEx as the president of international business, COO of FedEx Express and president of FedEx Express Asia Pacific. In addition, Ducker led FedEx’s Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern and Southern European regions.
Ducker formerly served on the advisory committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations for the Obama Administration. He previously served as Chairman of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and is currently Chairman of the Compensation Committee and an Executive Board Member and Vice Chairman of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Ducker also serves as treasurer on the executive committee for the American Trucking Associations, is a member of The Salvation Army National Advisory Board and Executive Committee, and serves as a board member of International Flavors and Fragrances.
Ducker received his Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
