Amway Employees

The health and safety of our employees remains our top priority as we work together to minimize exposure to COVID-19 and continue supporting Amway Business Owners around the world.

Amway is asking as many employees as possible to work from home until further notice to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We are providing additional technical support, as needed, to help employees work remotely and connect virtually with their colleagues in West Michigan and around the globe. For those whose jobs require them to be on site, such as manufacturing and distribution, we will be adjusting schedules to keep people safe, support personal needs and support our business. We recognize that this is an unpredictable and challenging time for everyone and offer several services to support employees through our regular Employee Assistance Program. This includes working with employees on an individual basis to research and find resources to support their specific needs, whether it’s childcare, elder care, food delivery services, counseling, etc.
