Overview

Purchasing Products
All Amway Business Owners, Members Plus and Members purchase products directly from Amway.

Bonus Payment
Bonuses will be paid directly to all Amway Business Owners who have earned the bonus. Bonus payments will be paid by 15th next month.

PV/BV Transfers
PV/BV transfers are not available.

Consolidated Line of Sponsorship (CLOS)
Twelve Eastern European Amway markets: Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey and Ukraine, are combined into a Consolidated Line of Sponsorship (CLOS) Region. This will allow all current and new ABOs and Members Plus to personally sponsor within and into each of these countries. Option of international sponsoring between the countries within CLOS Region is discontinued. (All businesses established before CLOS will continue to count according to international sponsoring rules.) International sponsoring from outside the CLOS Region continues to be available. If an ABO has no business in any of the countries that make up the CLOS Region, he will be allowed to establish one new business in the CLOS Region. An ABO or Member Plus who already has at least one business in the CLOS region will not be allowed to establish another one.

Retail Margin
Retail margin or mark up for Amway products averages about 30% but varies with each product. The average retail margin for this market is 30%.

how to start

Starter Kit Purchasing
All of the three Amway Business Owner/Member Plus classifications may purchase a Registration set directly from Amway Business Owners or Member Plus. They must complete and sign an Amway Business Owner or Member Plus form. The form is sent to Amway Poland for processing. The Starter kit price is automatically added to their first purchase.

Online registration
The online registration functionality will be implemented on 19th June 2012 for the Eastern European markets. All you have to do is to send an invitation to your prospect. Clicking on the link will direct them to an online registration form; once completed, your new applicant’s account can be immediately activated and they can place the first order. The contract, however, does need to be printed, signed and sent to Amway within 30 days. If the new applicant forgets to send it in, you will receive a reminder so that you can follow up.

Online self-registration
An additional option is available for a prospect to register. The difference to the above procedure is that they do not need the link in the invitation. If you give your last name and distributor number to a potential new applicant, they can then go to the new website and use this data to register, set up an account and place their first order. The contract then needs to be printed, signed and sent back to Amway within 30 days.

Sponsoring
According to AMC model (described below in Distributor Classifications) in Poland, all interested persons/companies could be sponsored by Amway Business Owners or Member Plus.

Business Type

ABO – Amway Business Owner
– An entrepreneur who signed a contract with Amway is obliged to sign an Amway Business Owner contract (contract form is included in Amway Business Owner Registration set)
– Is obliged to buy a Starter Kit (40 EURO); its price is automatically added to his first order. After purchasing Starter Kit, becomes a rightful Amway Business Owner
– Amway Business Owner purchases product at wholesale price
– Recommends new Amway Business Owners, Member Plus

Member Plus
– Any private of age person, legal entity
– Is oblige to sign a Member Plus contract (contract form is included in Member Plus Registration set)
– Is oblige to buy a Starter Kit (40 EURO); its price is automatically added to his first order
– After purchasing starter Kit, becomes a rightful Member Plus
– Recommends new Amway Business Owners and Member Plus
– Not receives Amway Sales Plan Awards
– Purchases product at wholesale price

Member
– A privileged client
– This category is available only for Amway Business Owner and Member Plus who change their status to Member
– Is oblige to sign an Amway Member Club declaration
– Pays a renewal fee of 8 EURO
– Purchases product with discount up to 30% less than suggested retail price

Marketing Advisor
A status which allows European Platinum and above to sponsor and purchase products for personal consumption (except in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, Portugal and Spain) in other Marketing Advisor Markets (MAM) without maintaining a formal, legal presence there while maintaining the same benefits of the Sales and Marketing plan as a multiple business. It does not provide for combining volumes between markets for purposes of bonus calculations.

Eligibility:
Platinum Pin and above in any of the markets listed below. Diamond Pin in any existing Amway market that has multiple businesses in any of the markets participating in the program.

Participating Markets:
If you have a traditional Amway distributor business and local address in one of the below countries (home market) you can have businesses in the remaining countries (marketing advisor countries) as a Marketing Advisor.

Austria, Hungary, Netherlands/Belgium, Spain/Portugal,Romania, Germany, Croatia,Czech Republic, Poland, Switzerland, Slovakia, France, Italy, Slovenia, and Scandinavia (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden) and United Kingdom

Benefits:
– Receive individual MAM commission checks in your home country in home currency
– Minimal business and tax registration and reporting requirements
– Maintain and develop lines of sponsorship within each market
– Renewing distributorship in the home country will automatically renew your Marketing Advisor Businesses, although an annual Amagram subscription fee will be charged for each market
– Amagrams, LOS information and bonus statements will be mailed directly to your home market address
– You will continue to be recognised in the Marketing Advisor Markets for your achievements

Activities Allowed as a Marketing Advisor:
– Sponsoring & Demonstration of Sales and Marketing Plan
– Speaking Engagements

Activities not permitted as a Marketing Advisor:
– Purchasing and Retailing products
– Travel to the market more than 8 days out of 90

Establish a Second Business

International Sponsoring
International sponsoring is always an option and an excellent means of expanding your business while avoiding many of the costs and complexities associated with establishing a second business. Please note: For those markets where foreigners are able to establish a second business, they must be the international sponsor of their second business in another country.

From September 1, 1999 Amway Poland offers two different statuses:

Member Plus
Available for all Polish Citizens and foreigners, who are citizens of all countries, where Amway has opened an official office/or foreigners with residence permit in Poland. No other legal requirements. Member Plus have a right to purchase products for own use and may sponsor new Amway Business Owners and Members Plus. No bonus or retail profit is received. Amway Business Owner
Registration of business, a local address and a local bank account are required. No purchase limits, full right to obtain bonuses.

Polish Citizens: sole entrepreneurship, general partnership and limited liability company
Foreign Citizens: limited liability company only and sole entrepreneurship, general partnership for EU Citizens. The process for incorporation can take a few months and must be accomplished through the local court system. For further details, please contact Polish legal advisors.

NOTE: Member Plus can always change status to Amway Business Owner. Also Amway Business Owner (if he did not obtain a Gold Producer status) can always change status to Member Plus.
