As Chief Technology & Platform Officer, Ashish Khan leads global teams pioneering the development of easy, seamless shopping experiences for customers and Amway’s social commerce strategy. He is responsible for driving Amway’s digital enterprise strategy and platform innovation.
Khan also leverages world-class data and analytics to deliver business insights to Amway Business Owners (ABOs) and is responsible for managing strategic alliances with leading digital and social technology platforms around the world.
Khan reports to CEO Michael Nelson and serves on Amway’s Global Leadership Team, the executive decision-making body focused on shaping global strategy, strengthening company culture and enhancing ABO and customer experiences.
He joined Amway in 2020 with 25 years of digital and technology leadership experience. Previously, he served as Global Head of Brand Technology and Enterprise Architecture at Estée Lauder Companies, where he led the digital transformation of the company’s global brands, consumer experience, product innovation and supply chain. As Senior Vice President of Global E-commerce Platforms for Staples, he led the modernization and transformation of their global e-commerce capabilities. He has also served as a strategic advisor to technology entrepreneurs.
Khan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and technology from the University of Maine.
